A customer creates an account, completes an online health questionnaire and pays before clinical review. A UK-registered prescriber reviews the information and may request more detail. If the requested treatment is not considered appropriate, the provider says the order is not supplied and the payment is refunded.
For the conditions covered here, MedExpress is generally presented as a one-off order service rather than a mandatory subscription. Its wider business has a strong focus on weight-loss services, but ClinicScout does not compare or promote that category.

MedExpress Enterprises Ltd operates the site under company number 08805262. Its official about page publishes GPhC pharmacy registration 9012633 and names Niamh McMillan as Superintendent Pharmacist, GPhC registration 2082335. It says prescribing is provided through Central Medical Solutions Ltd, a CQC-regulated entity.
The company is part of the HeliosX group. That group relationship matters because the brand’s clinical, support and technology functions may involve connected companies rather than a single standalone pharmacy business.
Fees and billing
MedExpress describes its consultation as free, with the customer paying for the order and delivery option. Prices vary by treatment and pack. Its public pages can display strong promotional language and starting prices, so comparisons should use the exact pack and final checkout total rather than the headline figure alone.
Delivery
The provider offers delivery in discreet packaging and publishes several express options. Its help centre says delivery coverage and courier arrangements vary by location and product. Clinical approval still has to happen before dispensing and dispatch.
Affiliate programme limitation
